Cornell is very motivating and has a TRU passion for health and fitness. I have been training with him for over a year and I'm in the best shape I've ever been in. He created a plan for my specific needs and he's always changing things up to keep things fresh and to continue to see changes in my body. Love him!
Working with Cornell is a fantastic experience all around. Every day presented a full-body, dynamic workout. He is never afraid to mix up the activities while still ensuring that your get what you need. He is also highly observant and corrects your form whenever necessary. All of the equipment works perfectly and the place is always clean. He is firm and pushes you when you need it, but always kind and professional.

The Trainer was excellent, gets the best out of you. He will make sure that we cover all the workouts for the whole body each week. Makes the boring workouts more fun by introducing new workouts biweekly. Better than many big chains of fitness where you are just a customer. Worth investing your time and money.
